PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of braille from a sheet and to obtain a braille plate having high quality at a low cost by packing a molten plastic material to the inner side parts of the rear surfaces of respective press molded braille and curing this plastic material. SOLUTION: Respective braille parts BP are molded on a braille plate PT, made of the thin plastic sheet, and UV ink is packed therein and is cured. Namely, the respective braille parts BP are press molded, by using an automatic braille press molding machine consisting of an upper mold 1 projectingly provided with a punch 1A and a lower mold 2 recessed with a die 2A (a), and the UV ink RT is packed into the inner side parts PX on the rear surface of the respective press molded braille parts BP (b). Furthermore, the excess UV ink RT' is removed by using a doctor blade DP (c), and the packed UV ink RT is dried and cured by using an UV irradiation drying machine ST. As a result, the form thereof may be maintained safely, without being affected by temperature difference, etc., due to change of weather and use conditions, etc., involving bending of the plate, etc., and without peeling, defects, etc.
