PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having a memory portion performing multiplexing and data masking functions in between a DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory) and a logic circuit is provided. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a DRAM cell array, a logic circuit having a control function, and a memory portion. The DRAM cell array inputs and outputs M by N data in parallel. The memory portion is connected between the DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory) cell array and the logic circuit, gives and takes M by N data to the DRAM cell array in response to an address signal inputted from the outside, and gives and takes M data to the logic circuit. The memory portion includes M memory blocks and a writing and reading word line driving portion(131). The M memory blocks respectively input N data from the DRAM cell array, transmit at least one data to the logic circuit, input at least one data from the logic circuit, and transmits N data to the DRAM cell array. The writing and reading word line driving portion is connected to at least the M memory blocks, decodes the address signal, selectively writes a data inputted from the DRAM cell array and the logic circuit to each of the memory block, selectively read a data stored to each of the memory block, and transmits to the DRAM cell array and the logic circuit.
