PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice road guide navigation system that can provide current position and road guide information for a blind person without carrying any heavy, large navigation devices. SOLUTION: The current position and azimuth information of a user being detected by a GPS receiver 2 and an azimuth sensor 3 is transmitted by radio to a navigation transmission device at the home position of the user from a portable terminal device A4, and road guide information for one's destination of the user being inputted in advance is generated according to the current position and azimuth information of the user in the navigation transmission device for transmitting to the mobile radio terminal A4 of the user by voice, thus receiving the road guide information by voice via the mobile radio terminal on the way to one's destination. |
