PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor and a storage medium with which posting source information such as delivery statement can be automatically posted into posting destination information such as a client register only by instructing the position of the posting source information such as the delivery statement and the position of the posting destination information such as the client register on a display screen. SOLUTION: A CPU 2 plots the document definition information of a. posting source document and the document definition information of a posting destination document on a display device 5 and generates a posting definition file on the basis of a posting destination document ID, the posting destination document ID is recorded in the posting definition file of a storage device 6, the presence/absence of a document index item is discriminated, the item numbers or the like of the posting source and the posting destination in the posting definition are recorded, the presence/absence of a posting item is discriminated and the posting definition file is closed. |
