SOLUTION: A board is set on a board set jig 200, board aligning mask set pins 101 of an aligning mask 100 are inserted from above into board aligning mask set holes 202 for setting the mask, and aligning screws 201 are rotated to adjust alignment with the board aligning mask's guide pin aligning marks 102.
