PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise type and fully portable type stationary inductor that can reduce noise and reinforce the strength of structure without allowing increase in size of the apparatus. SOLUTION: This stationary inductor provides in parallel a heat radiator 2 at the wall surface 1 of a tank of the stationary inductor, and a wave type fin or honeycomb type fin 7 is provided in a gap of the heat radiator 2, under the condition that a coolant is caused to flow at the inside of heat radiator 2 and the heat exchange with the external air is conducted by natural convection and forced convection. A reinforcing stay is provided to the upper and lower heat radiators of the fin installed at the gap of heat radiator explained above.
