SOLUTION: A wireless transmitter 1 sets a time starting from the transmission of a wireless signal until the reception of the wireless signal by a wireless receiver or longer as a transmission inhibiting time, and the wireless transmitter 1 inhibits the transmission of the wireless signal starting from the transmission of the wireless signal until the lapse of the transmission inhibiting time, and transmits the wireless signal whose transmission is inhibited, after the lapse of the transmission inhibiting time.
