A motor rotation drive circuit (15) changes rotation direction of a motor (12), corresponding to manual operation of window open and closed switches (7D,7U). A vehicle sinking detector (17) outputs a sinking detection signal during sinking of vehicle in water. A power supply cut circuit (18) severs power supply to window closed relay (13U) of drive circuit, when sinking detection signal is output.
