solid-propellant rocket engines. SUBSTANCE: solid-propellant rocket engine includes casing with multi-nozzle face and covers in divergent portions of nozzles, solid-propellant charge and igniter. Engine casing is made integral with nozzle face. Each nozzle cover is provided with central through hole stopped with blank or diaphragm. EFFECT: reduced level of power of soundshock wave at two stages due to unique construction of nozzle covers. 1 dwg
