The barrier agent feed (10,12), for an electrophotographic printer, carries and moves a textile nonwoven web (16) composed of sub-denier fibers which is impregnated with a particle barrier agent. The nonwoven web (16) is composed wholly of sub-denier fibers of 0.05-2.0 denier or 0.5-1.0 denier. The nonwoven material (16) has a weight of 10-150 g/m2>. Or the fabric (16) can be composed of 80% of fibers of 0.7 denier and 20% of fibers of 0.8 denier, in a fabric weight of 15-150 g/m2>. The particle barrier agent is a silicon oil with a viscosity of 50-100000 centistokes. The nonwoven web (16) is heat bonded. |
