light industry. SUBSTANCE: textile member has outer band-shaped part folded so as to form vertical creases defining three-dimensional structure. Band-shaped part is applied onto flat flexible textile substrate and the latter is connected to outer part so that three-dimensional structure is defined between them. Connection is performed along the whole length of each crease by stitching or gluing. Outer part creases are formed conical and/or cylindrical. Perimeter of maximum section of any crease is within the range of 7-150 mm. Substrate is made in the form of arced band. Creases are made conical. Center of substrate arc is aligned with top parts of creases. EFFECT: wider range of textile products and simplified construction. 4 cl, 6 dwg
