SOLUTION: A management apparatus available for a plurality of operators and executable of a specified processing comprises means for inputting operator information specifying the operator of the management apparatus, means for designating an operator to input the operator information every time when the processing is executed, and means for storing the inputted operator information in a memory while associating with processing information pertaining to an executed processing wherein the operator information inputted every time when the processing is executed and stored as an operator log (500).
