PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush valve allowing a water quantity display seal to stick thereon by favorably positioning to make favorable appearance without deflection. SOLUTION: In a structure in which a spindle 10 for adjusting water quantity is vertically provided to be protruded upward at a center part of a main body cover 9, and in which a water quantity display seal 11 is stuck to an upper surface of the main body cover 9, a protruded part 9a is formed upward at the upper surface of the main body cover 9 on the outer circumferential side of the spindle 10, an inner diameter of the water quantity display seal 11 is engaged on the outer circumferential side of the protruded part 9a to stick the seal 11.
