PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a scabrous humerus in anatomically natural shape. SOLUTION: An artificial organ 22 for a humerus comprises a shaft 26 fixed in the bone marrow pipe and an end portion 30 of diaphysis extending above and inside, which is connected to a flange 32 supporting a dome that cooperates with shoulder glenoid cavity. The end portion 30 of dyaphysis has at least one rib (44a and 44b) that supports the scabrous humerus at an exterior branch 34, and each of the rib(s) 44 (44a and 44b) extends toward the front side P of the artificial organ in a planeπinclined by an angleαbetween 45 deg. and 135 deg..
