PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a course when a jet flow from a jet pump stops or reduces. SOLUTION: A nozzle 30 of a jet pump 20 is constituted for a turning operation. A rudder 32 not protruding downward from a ship bottom 11a is provided in the nozzle. A rudder flow passage 18 introducing a water flow W to the rudder 32 is provided in addition to a jet pump flow passage 24. The rudder 32 is preferably constituted as a duct shape. The rudder flow passage is preferably constituted with a flow passage plate which opens such that a front edge in a navigating direction is separated from the ship bottom when a drive with the jet pump stops or a drive rotation number of the jet pump decreases lower than a prescribed value.
