PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic door which allows reductions in costs of materials and manufacture without impairing its performance as a door. SOLUTION: This metallic door has a peripheral part formed of a frame construction and a center part wherein a front panel 10 and a back panel 20 are bonded together by use of an adhesive or the like. The peripheral frame construction provides a rigid structure resistant to deformation, and this rivetless structure keeps the cost of manufacture low and has enhanced appearance. Because the front panel 10 and the back panel 20 are bonded together at the center, they have the effect of damping vibration, making it possible to suppress metallic sounds. Also, because the need for a core at the center is eliminated, the cost of materials can be reduced.
