PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building capable of reducing field work. SOLUTION: An entrance door 61 of an entrance 6 recessed from the outer wall surface to an indoor side of a unit building 1 in plan view is provided in a car port unit 30 adjacent to the indoor side of a car port unit 20. The indoor side from the entrance door 61 is all formed in an entrance earth floor part 62, and the entire entrance earth floor part 62 can be pre-formed into the car port unit 30 in a plant. As a result, when the car port unit 30 is positioned adjacent to the car port unit 20, the entrance earth floor part 62 is not divided at the boundary portion between the car port units 20 and 30, and also the boundary portion need not be finished in field. Thus field work can be reduced.
