PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a split barrel whose workability can be improved and whose strength and abrasion resistance can be enhanced by dividing a molded exclusive pipe raw material into two sections and working each fitting face and further working a connection screw of the external diameter and both ends. SOLUTION: An exclusive pipe raw material 13 obtaining a male barrel 7 and a female barrel 8 is molded and vertically divided into two sections from a cut section 11. A male and female fitting faces are worked while holding these two raw materials by a jig to form a male barrel 7 and a female barrel 8. These are combined and connection screw of both ends and the external diameter are worked. Since the internal diameter is finished in a specified size, the outermost layer of the skin is not cut and removed. In this way, the working processes can be curtailed and working man-hours are reduced to facilitate its manufacture. Further, since the internal diameter is smooth, a sample taken in can be easily taken out. Workability of soil sample taken therein can be improved. Fatigue breaking strength against percussion is strengthened. The sampling work efficiency can be improved. |
