PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated thermoplastic resin film excellent in blocking resistance, taking-up properties and processability and enhanced in electromagnetic conversion characteristics especially when processed into a metal vapor deposition membrane type magnetic resin medium. SOLUTION: A laminated thermoplastic resin film is formed by laminating a coating film layer C, a resin layer B and a resin layer A. In this case, the coating film layer C contains inert particles C having specific physical properties and the resin layer B does not substantially contain particles or contains inert particles B having specific physical properties and the surface roughness WRa of the resin layer B is within a specific range and the resin layer A contains inert particles having specific physical properties and (partially saponified) ester wax and comprises polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene-2,6- naphthalate bringing the water contact angle of the surface, which is not in contact with the resin layer B, of the resin layer A to 70-90 deg..
