PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping tool for a giaoz having a simple structure and capable of being produced inexpensively, by which anybody can simply, easily and readily wrap an ingredient with the skin of the giaoz, and also wrap it in a fine and uniform shape in a short time. SOLUTION: This wrapping tool for a giaoz is constituted by a wrapping tool main body for the giaoz 1 having a shape of a shallow dish divided into two, formed with a compressing and fixing part 2 having uneven shape and capable of compressing and fixing the outer circumferential part of the skin of the giaoz at the upper surface of its outer circumferential part and capable of being loaded on a palm, and a hinge member 4 pivoting the wrapping tool main body for the giaoz 1 so as to be able to overlap the divided parts together at the position in the vicinity of the upper part of the both ends of the divided parts of the wrapping tool main body for the giaoz 1. |
