PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair stored in an attic space which is provided in such a manner that a stair to or from the attic space and a lift can use the same opening. SOLUTION: This is provided in a storage 10a in an attic space of a house and is a freely foldable stair 20a equipped with a load suspending lift 30 stored in an attic space, the stair 20a stored in the attic space can be used after extending it; when the stair 20a is not used, it is folded and stored to an opening 11a framed with a stair storing frame 14a of the storage 10a in the attic space; and the load suspending lift 30 is provided at the upper portion of the opening 11a for storing stair and can be raised or lowered by utilizing the opening 11a for storing the stair.
