PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fouling of each part such as an outer shell of a cleaner body, a filter medium, a dust collecting part, a hose and a suction means and to improve cleaning and maintainability. SOLUTION: A cleaner body 1 is composed of a vacuum device 3 with a built-in electric blower 2, and a dust collecting chamber 5 having a dust collecting filter 4 for collecting dust, and an end connection 12. Photocatalyst treatment is applied to the whole outer shell of the cleaner body 1 or at least its contact face with a cleaned face. Sticking of soil is thereby prevented by an oxide product oxidized by the reaction of contact with a photocatalyst when ultraviolet rays are irradiated, and soil is allowed to stick to the easily separable oxide product to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. |
