PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impairment of light transmissivity by thinning a film thickness of oil by providing clearance for clearly visually confirming a color difference in the oil, and internally arranging a white inner piece. SOLUTION: A nozzle is extended upward from an oil pan bottom part of an engine to be inserted into a gauge pipe to discharge oil in an oil pan or supply the oil to the oil pan. A load cell is a load cell for weighing an oil quantity in respective tanks. A pump and respective solenoid valves receive an input signal from an operation part and respective load cells to be controlled according to various situations by a control device composed of a microcomputer. A white resin inner piece 21 threadedly engages with a base 20 by a screw 22, and a transparent window 23 is made of transparent glass and resin threadedly engaged with the base 20 by sandwiching packing 24 so as not to cause oil leakage. An upper part of the inner piece 21 and an inner peripheral part of the transparent window 23 have clearance of a degree capable of clearly visually confirming a color difference up to used oil from new oil passing through the clearance.
