PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable multilayered film excellent in flexibility, transparency and water resistance and having biodegradability. SOLUTION: A biodegradable multilayered film has a substrate layer comprising a resin material consisting of 50-100 wt.% of a polyesteramide resin containing a aliphatic ester structure and an aliphatic amide structure and 0-50 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester resin and a surface layer comprising a resin material consisting of 0-50 wt.% of the polyesteramide resin containing the aliphatic ester structure and the aliphatic amide structure and 50-100 wt.% of the aliphatic polyester resin. In this case, the thickness of the substrate layer is set to 50-90% of the total thickness. Since this film can be enhanced in water resistance while holding flexibility and transparency, it can be used for various uses.
