PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high practical structure and to prevent an operator from getting burnt during using of a high frequency accessory by electrically insulating between the distal end of the insert section and an control section. SOLUTION: The distal end 1a of the inset section 1 is connected to the distal end of the bending section 4, and the bending section 4 is constructed by rotatably connecting many node rings. A metallic tip body 12 is not directly connected with the forefront node ring 41 of the bending section 4, the node ring 41 is screwed and connected in a state where it is engaged with an electrically insulating block 31 adhered to the rear end of the distal end 12 through an adhesive. Therefore, a member forming the bending section 4 is perfectly insulated from the tip body 12, and even if high frequency current leaks to a treating-tool standing table 5, a metallic single component, the current does not transfer to the bending section 4 side. Possibility that a operator having an operating portion 3 suffers from burn is avoided.
