PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device which reduces the speed of a reciprocating member approaching both ends in its reciprocating direction, and an electromagnetic suction and exhaust device by using the damper device to reduce the sound generation when opening and closing a valve. SOLUTION: A bi-directional orifice 41 communicates a first hydraulic fluid chamber 60 with a second operating fluid chamber 61. A piston 50 is reciprocably supported in a recess 42 which opens in the reciprocating direction of a shaft 1. When the shaft 1 moves downward and an annular member 2 collides against an annular projection 33, a movable cylinder 30 moves downward, together with the shaft 1. Then a movable ring 22 and a movable film 20 move downward and hydraulic fluid flows from the first hydraulic fluid chamber 60 to the second hydraulic fluid chamber 61 through the bi-directional orifice 41. At the same time, the piston 50 abutting on the movable ring 22 moves downward and the hydraulic fluid flows through a sliding clearance 63. Because the movable cylinder 30 is exerted with a damper force, the moving speeds of the shaft 1 and the movable cylinder 30 drop. |
