PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject plasticizing device solved in seal problem, simple in structure and capable of being obtained inexpensively though inert gas such as carbon dioxide or nitrogen gas of a supercritical state is injected in a screw cylinder. SOLUTION: A plasticizing device is constituted of a screw cylinder 1 and the screw 20 provided in the screw cylinder 1 so as to be drivable in rotary and axial directions. A material supply hole 7 is provided to the screw cylinder 1 in the vicinity of the rear end part thereof and an injection nozzle 5 is provided to the leading end part thereof and a gas supply hole 2 for injecting inert gas of a supercritical state is provided between the material supply hole 7 and the injection nozzle 5 and the gas supply hole 2 is provided at the position corresponding to the low pressure part T of the second stage S2 of the screw 20.
