PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic parts aligning and feeding device in which durability is improved without applying mechanical stress to electronic parts. SOLUTION: An electronic parts aligning and feeding device 1 for aligning and conveying electronic parts, separating the aligned and conveyed electronic parts, and then feeding them to a next process is provided with a conveying passage 11 for aligning and conveying the electronic parts, air supplying means 8, 9 for supplying air from the upstream of the conveying passage 11 and then moving the electronic parts downstream by air pressure, an air shutting means 13 provided downstream of the air supplying means 8, 9 and for jetting out air approximately perpendicularly to the conveying direction of the electronic parts and shutting the conveyance of the electronic parts to be aligned and conveyed by stratums of the air flow by air jetting, a suction means 12 provided among the air supplying means 8, 9 and the air shutting means 13 and for sucking the electronic parts and stopping the electronic parts to be aligned and conveyed, and a passage confirming sensor 14 provided downstream of the suction means 12 and for detecting passage of the electronic parts.
