PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of a packing material by applying a hot melt base adhesive to a projecting shape on the inside surface of a cylindrical container made of synthetic timber and solidifying the packing material in softening to be packed into the container. SOLUTION: The hot melt base adhesive in a continuous projecting form (a rib form) is applied on the inside surface of a cylindrical shaft 2 formed by cutting the shaft of the synthetic timber by extrusion molding to a specified length, by which a rib 3 is formed. The cosmetic material M softened at the time of packing is poured into the cylindrical shaft 2 beyond the rib 3 simply by executing the simple application, by which the cosmetic material M is securely solidified in the form of enclosing the hot melt base adhesive (rib 3) of the projecting form. The hot melt adhesive is applied to the cylindrical shaft 2 while rotating the cylindrical shaft around its axial center when applying the hot melt adhesive to the projecting shape and, therefore, the hot melt adhesive in the softened state receives force in a centrifugal direction and can cure in the state of being formed to the projecting form without flowing in an axial direction (a gravity direction). Even when the cylindrical shaft 2 falls or even when the cosmetic material M is pressed at the time of use, the movement of the cosmetic material M in the cylindrical shaft 2 may be prevented.
