PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfur-curable rubber composition for manufacturing a laminate, which composition is used in contact with a thermoplastic resin composition and characterized in that it does not suffer from change in color such as yellowing and therefore can maintain forever the beautiful appearance when first used and to provide a laminate using the sulfur-curable rubber composition. SOLUTION: The sulfur-curable rubber composition for manufacturing a laminate comprises the following components (A) to (C) and is used in contact with a thermoplastic resin composition. The laminate has a layer of the rubber composition and a layer being in contact therewith or contact-bonded thereto of the thermoplastic resin composition. (A) A rubber component; (B) Hydrotalcite and/or magnesium oxide; (C) A mineral oil free from an aromatic component.
