PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct acting bearing formed of each part made of the non-magnetic material so as to prevent the influence to the magnetic field at the time of electron beam scan. SOLUTION: In this direct acting bearing provided with an outer ring, a shaft inserted in the outer ring, plural rolling bodies for rolling-contact with the outer ring and the shaft, a holder for holding the rolling bodies, and a stopper ring installed in an end of the outer ring so as to regulate the loose-out of the holder outside of the outer ring, the outer ring 1, the shaft 2, the rolling bodies 3, the holder and the stopper ring 5 are made of the non-magnetic material.
