PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote automation of a system by displaying an ordered article to a cooker with a display following the order of a sushi by operating a touch panel by a customer, and distributing a plate having the ordered article and accounting based on positional information of a semiconductor chip. SOLUTION: When customers specify ordered articles at a plurality of ordering units 1 installed on a customer floor, these specified data and position data of the customers are respectively transmitted to a system managing computer 2 and a cooking unit 3. A cooker prepares specified sushi, places this sushi on a plate having a semiconductor chip buried, and places this plate on a plate information writing unit 4. The sushi plate is carried by a conveyer to the customer floor, and distributed to the predetermined customer who has ordered the article with an article identifying unit 5 installed on the customer floor, based on data written in the semiconductor chip. The specification data is written in a slip issuing unit 6. |
