PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel steering wheel and its manufacture, which has approximately the same wooden feel with excellent touch and excellent external appearance as natural wood by patterning a curly grain pattern such as a straight grain pattern and a cross grain pattern. SOLUTION: In this steering wheel 1, a thermosofening synthetic resin rim part element A1 to which wood flour and color pigment are added and also which is prepared temporarily as a straight rod state is shaped together with grip recessed and projected parts in a circular arc state matched with radius of curvature of a core bar 44 and mounted on the core bar 44, and a flow pattern on a rim part 4 is emphasized on a clear curly grain by addition of color pigment and also formed as an annulus flow while retaining its shape even in the grip recessed and projected parts. |
