PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing means in which a cleaning power equal to a washing plate is provided, a washing work can be done while recognizing stains and only a rubbing body can be replaced by a new one and which is hardly worn out like a brush. SOLUTION: When the stained part of clothes is rubbed with the protruding walls 20 of a rubbing body 12 pressed thereto by holding a holder 14, a washing work can be performed while recognizing the removal of stains. Since the protruding walls 20 are formed of a soft resin integrally with the rubbing body 12, they are not worn out like the hair ends of a brush and can be used for a long period. Since protruding walls 22 are formed at the tip end part of the rubbing body 12, by moving the holder 14 forward and backward, and rightward and leftward, the interior dirt of a sneaker, or the like, can be surely removed. Since the rubbing body 12 can be detached from a pressing plate 18, even when the protruding walls 20 are worn out, only the rubbing body 12 can be changed.
