PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine an inspection result from an opinion sentence by displaying a plurality of opinion sentences, displaying a selected opinion sentence, displaying a rank corresponding to this selected opinion sentence, and determining the inspection result based on this rank. SOLUTION: A display means 11 displays an opinion sentence selected by an operating portion 30, and displays a rank corresponding to the opinion sentence, and a determining means 12 determines a result based on this rank. Thus, the inspection result can be automatically determined from a predetermined sentence, and load of a doctor can be reduced. The operating portion 30 can change a rank of the display means 11, so that the opinion sentence and the rank can be flexibly combined. Degree of abnormality can be provided even for an identical opinion sentence. Since the rank has been registered for the opinion sentence, it is easily understood which opinion the determination is performed based on, when later the opinions are read.
