PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building humidity conditioning material having high commodity value by housing a granular alumina drying agent obtained from the industrial waste water discharged in the surface treatment process of an aluminum alloy material in a bag-like housing part formed by adhering a gas permeable material to a waterproof moisture preventing material. SOLUTION: A waterproof moisture permeable film 3 is deflected so as to form a continuous corrugated shape, and each valley part is fixed to one surface side of a moisture preventing panel 4 to form a bag-like housing part 1 by the waterproof moisture permeable film 3 and the moisture preventing panel 4. A granular alumina drying agent 5 is sealed therein. The gas permeable material 3 constituting the bag-like housing part 1 forms a waterproof moisture permeable film passing moisture but interrupting water. When the thus-formed humidity conditioning material is provided under a floor, a plurality of moisture preventing panels 4 are successively set along the floor in order to interrupt the moisture from the soil, and the bag-like housing part 1 for sealing the alumina drying agent 5 is provided on the upper surface side of the moisture preventing panels 4 to form the state making contact with the using space.
