PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism data observation system capable of observing the anesthetic depth of a patient rapidly and accurately. SOLUTION: This organism data observation system 101 has a first measuring means 30 for measuring first organism data based on the sweating quantity of a patient, a data processing means 10 for incorporating the first organism data continuous to obtain sweating quantity data on the basis of the first organism data, and a display means 13 for displaying the transition of sweating quantity data. In this case, the organism data observation system 101 is constituted to observe the anesthetic depth of the patient from the transition of sweating quantity data.
