PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate high temperature by compressing gas, and keep the high temperature for a long time. SOLUTION: Gas having high pressure is packed in a pressure tank 1, and agitated by a propeller 3, a fan and the like to keep the temperature of the gas at high degree. Some pressure tanks 1 are provided and communicated each other with a pipe, and the gas is circulated through a compressor, so that the gas is agitated to keep the temperature. A discharge port of the pressure tank 1 and a intake port of a fluid motor in the most upstream are communicated. Some fluid motors are communicated in series, and the apparent capacity of the gas passing through a fluid motor is increased with the fluid motor is positioned in the downstream. The discharge port of the fluid motor in the most down stream and the intake port of the compressor in the most upstream are communicated, and some compressors are communicated in series, and the apparent capacity of the gas passing through the compressor of the downstream is decreased with the compressor is positioned in the downstream. Rotating shafts put out from each fluid motor and each compressor are connected each other and also connected with a rotating means. When atmospheric pressure is lowered and raised again, load is decreased and the rotating means is rotated by a turbine or electricity.
