PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain the constructing property, durability and heat insulating property over a long period in a building wall panel comprising a heat insulating material and a reinforcing material provided on a plate body, which is arranged between frameworks of a wooden house, by constituting the reinforcing material by use of a laminated wood. SOLUTION: A wall panel 11 comprises a plate body 12 constituting the outer surface, and a stud 17 as a wooden reinforcing material extending along the panel longitudinal direction is connected to the center of the outdoor side surface of the plate body 12. The stud 17 is formed of a laminated wood having a square section. The laminated wood is formed by adhering a plurality of mutually superposed thin plates (plate materials) by use of an adhesive, and 10 thin plates, for example, are used, and laminated along the direction parallel to the plate body 12. The strength (specific strength) per unit weight of the plate body 12 is as high as about 3 times reinforced concrete, and it is excellent in fire resistance and semi-permanently durable, and further almost free from extension or contraction and dimensional change. A heat insulating material 20 is fitted to the setting space formed in a framework 13.
