摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the distance from a supporting point of a clamp part of a throw-away tip to a point of application of the force, and stably ensure the position of the point of application of the force even when the clamp part is elastically deformed by the clamping force. SOLUTION: A tip fitting seat 6 on which a throw-away tip 2 is placed is provided on a pointed end of a shank body 1a, and an elastically deformable clam part in which a base end part is connected to the shank body 1a and a pressing surface 7a to press the throw-away tip 2 is provided on a forward end. A bolt hole 10 is formed in this clamp part 7, and a screw hole 12 in which a bolt 9 is screwed is formed in the shank 1a in an aligned manner with the axis of the bolt hole 10. A receiving surface which is provided in this bolt hole 10 to receive a lower surface 9b of a head part of the bolt 9 screwed in the bolt hole 10 and the screw hole 12 is inclined so that the forward end part is higher than the base end part.
