SOLUTION: The method for forming and delivery a congratulatory or condolatory message sentence comprises the steps of sending a record means (fill-in sheet 10a or the like) for writing a message sentence or sender information or the like to a congratulatory or condolatory message receiver 1 at each congratulatory or condolatory message sender 7 to be predicted, recovering a record means (fill-in sheet 10a or the like) having the sentence filled in, the information or the like from each sender 7, forming a message sheet 16 of each sender describing the sentence, the information or the like based on the written record means (fill-in sheet 10a or the like), bookbinding the sheets 16, and delivering it to the receiver 1.</p> |
