<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth removal of this sealing implement from an exhaust pipe after use. SOLUTION: A exhaust pipe sealing implement 1 is provided with a sealing implement body 1a removably mounted in a form to block a discharge flow passage for exhaust gas flowing toward an exhaust pipe outlet. An escape passage to release the increase of an internal pressure at the internal part of the exhaust pipe occasioned by shielding of an exhaust flow passage is formed in the sealing implement body 1a in a form to perform intercommunication between sides situated upstream and downstream from its own in a state to be mounted on the exhaust pipe. Since, with the sealing implement 1 mounted on the exhaust pipe, a gas pressure with which the internal part of the exhaust pipe is filled is released through a relief passage 6, a trouble, for example, flying of the sealing implement body 1a out of the exhaust pipe due to the increase of an internal pressure is effectively prevented from occurring and in turn, removal of the sealing body from the exhaust pipe after use is smoothly carried out.</p> |
