PURPOSE: A submerged entry nozzle assembling device is provided to enhance the quality of a billet and to prevent molten metal from leaking caused by the re-melting of a solidifying cell between a well block and a submerged entry nozzle and by easily rising an inclusion from the molten metal. CONSTITUTION: An assembling device of a submerged entry nozzle consists of a supporting beam(11), a corrector body(18), vertical correcting tables(24,24'), horizontal correcting tables(26,26') and a settling table(38). The supporting beam is installed in the upper portion of a supporter(10) ascending and descending by a cylinder(20) and moving forward and backward by a motor(22). A settling table(27) for a submerged entry nozzle on the bottom is installed on the corrector body(2), ascending and descending along the groove of the supporting beam. The vertical correcting tables correct the vertical state of the submerged entry nozzle, moving horizontally by cylinders(23,23'). The horizontal correcting tables correct the horizontal state of the submerged entry nozzle by cylinders(25,25'). The settling table sets the submerged entry nozzle by ascending and descending by a cylinder(37) from the upper portion of a tundish(1).
