PURPOSE: A transmitting and receiving earphone including an ear hanger type wired drum is provided to form a transmitting microphone and a receiving speaker with one body. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting and receiving earphone including an ear hanger type wired drum comprises the following structure. A wired roll is prepared to arrange a code in an inner portion of an ear hanger(1) and an extended case(2). A speaker(5) and a microphone(6) are mounted therein. The transmitting and receiving earphone further comprises an ear hanger type wired drum(2) including the ear hanger(1) and an extended code arranging device(3). The ear hanger type wired drum(2) further comprises the speaker(5). The ear hanger type wired drum(2) further comprises a microphone. The speaker(5) and the microphone(6) are mounted within the wired drum(2).
