CORK CARRIER FOR DIPPING MICROBES USEFUL FOR REMOVING UNPLEASANT ODOR AND ORGANIC VOLATILE COMPOUNDS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a cork carrier and the cork carrier prepared by the method are provided, which cork carrier is for dipping microbes useful for removing unpleasant odor and organic volatile compounds. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of crashing natural cork; injecting the solution containing nutritive components for microbes into the crashed one; stirring the mixture of the solution and the crashed cork to distribute the nutritive components; drying the cork at 50-60 deg.C; pressing the dried one; and cutting the pressed one in the size of a diameter 2-10 mm. Preferably the pH of the solution containing nutritive components is 4.2-5.
