PURPOSE: A method for treating organic waste such as food waste or dung and an apparatus thereof are provided, to prevent the pollution due to the leakage of leachate and to recycle methane gas. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pulverizing organic waste; injecting the pulverized organic waste into an organic waste store tank; injecting another dunk which is mixed with the organic waste, into a dunk store tank; injecting the mixture into an organic acid generation bath(10) to generate organic acids; injecting the mixture into a heating tank to sterilizing it; injecting the mixture into a bioreactor to carry out methanation; storing the methane gas produced by the methanation into a methane gas store tank; delivering the treated organic waste from the bioreactor to a precipitation bath and injecting complex microorganisms into the bath to remove the odor; supplying the methane gas for an apparatus which uses methane gas as a power source; and using the treated organic waste as a fertilizer. |
