PURPOSE: A self charge type electric vehicle is provided to obtain a driving force necessary for a travel by mounting a generator to a rear wheel of a vehicle, charging an electric energy produced in the generator in a battery, and driving a motor. CONSTITUTION: A motor(4) is rotated by an eclectic energy. A speed reducer increases a torque generated in the motor(4). A differential device(2) transfers a driving force of the motor(4) increased by the speed reducer to a front wheel of an electric vehicle through a shaft(10). A generator(30) is adhered to a rear torsion beam(40) and integrally rotates with a brake drum(66) to generate an electricity. The generator(30) is formed at a bracket. The bracket is formed at the torque beam(40) through a mounting hole. The mounting hole is formed at a flange. A battery(92) receives an electric energy produced in the generator(30) through a controller(94). A power saving power supply supplies an electricity stored in the battery to the motor.
