TFT-LCD FOR MULTI-SYNCHRONIZATION AND DRIVE DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A TFT-LCD(thin film transistor liquid crystal display) for multi-synchronization is provided to promote multi-synchronization through simple circuit structure and to improve a yield rate of a panel. CONSTITUTION: In a TFT-LCD, an LCD panel(100) has a TFT with plural gate lines, data lines, gate electrodes connected to the gate lines and source electrodes connected to the data lines. A data driver(300) feeds image gradation voltage per line through the data lines. A gate driver(200) includes plural first/second blocks for inputting first/second and third/fourth clocks respectively and outputs plural gate driving signals to each gate line at the same time. Herein, the first/second blocks have X serial latch blocks to use X of the block number as a cycle in a multi-synchronization mode. A timing controller(400) outputs the first clock, an inverse second clock thereof, a third clock and an inverse fourth clock thereof. The timing controller(400) changes all of the clocks depending on a normal mode or the multi-synchronization mode.
