METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING WATERPROOFED ICE STORAGE RESERVOIR CONTAINING POLYUREA

PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve an improved water resistance by preventing the ice storage reservoir from dewing and water leakage. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of flattening an inner wall and a bottom surface of a concrete structure(10-1) constituting an ice storage reservoir(10); forming a smooth base adjusting layer(20) using a finishing material to depression portions of the flattened inner wall and bottom surface; firstly coating a primer(30) having an adhesive property onto an outer surface of the base adjusting layer into a predetermined thickness; attaching a non-woven fabric(40) to the coated primer; secondly coating a primer(50) onto the non-woven fabric; firstly depositing a polyurea(60) which is waterproof painting material, onto the surface coated with the primer(50); depositing an urethane foam(70) which is adiabatic material, onto the surface where the polyurea(60) is deposited and dried; and secondly depositing a polyurea(80) which is waterproof painting material onto the surface where the polyurethane foam is deposited and dried.
