PURPOSE: A conductive paste electrode composition of a circle plate type ceramic varistor and a manufacturing method thereof and an electrode forming using the same are provided to form a good electrode on coating an electrode by a screen printing operation by adding suitable fluidity and physical, chemical, and thermal feature to a paste. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste electrode composition of a circle plate type ceramic varistor includes a conductive metal powder and an organic vehicle. The conductive metal powder includes a silver of 65.0-75.0 wt%, an organic vehicle of 13.0-28.0 wt%, a glass frit of 4.0-6.0 wt%, a bithmuth of 2.0-4.0 wt%, a nickel oxide of 0.5-1.0 wt%, and a lead oxide of 0.5-1.0 wt%. The silver includes an amorphous type silver of 100%. The organic vehicle includes an ethyl cellulose of 10.0-15.0 wt%, a cellolyn 102 synthetic resin of 3.0-6.0 wt%, a diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate solvent of 73.0-84.0 wt%, and a hexylene glycol of 3.0-6.0 wt%.
